This form is not a casework submission and does not begin any action with a federal agency. Jason Knapp is a candidate for Congress, not a current Member. No constituent casework can begin before January 2027, and only if he is elected. Consistent with U.S. House of Representatives ethics rules, campaign data is kept separate from any future official congressional office. If Jason is elected, the official office would set up its own intake process and obtain the legally required Privacy Act authorization directly from you before contacting any agency on your behalf.
