Reedville, VA –  “This is Rob’s old Republican drawn district and I’m sure he’s happy to be back” said Democratic challenger Jason Knapp, a retired F-18 pilot. “The lines don’t matter. I got into this race to beat him and I’m still the best candidate to do so.
